
Document Storage Services
All of our Simply Store depots are able to offer archive storage facilities for your office records and files. Charges are usually per carton per week and cartons can be purchased if required. Should you require access to your files this can be arranged and retrieval and redelivery is also possible. You may also wish to consider setting up an Express redelivery service should this be needed.
The document file boxes will be stored in a secure area, often on shelving for easy identification and access. Guidance can be provided with regards to document destruction so that files are kept in store for a minimum period to help keep your costs low.
